Our Big Bang Theory

Our story does not start in a fairytale. It does not involve singing and dancing, for I don't belong in a colorful world like yours. Yet, our worlds collide and it cause chaos in my world. In panic, I almost drowned, but you have saved me and I don't know what to do. I dried myself and walked away, hoping not to see you, for how would I still survive if you exist in my world that I cannot share.

I choose the road where the grass isn't green for I know you won't go on the same path that I've chosen, but there you are walking in the same direction as me. You halted and waited in the middle of the road, while my mind find ways how to turn back. Why? I would like to ask you, but I have lost my voice in exchanged for this solace place that you are trying to conquer.

What's with those smiles that isn't meant for me. Why wear it if you are reserving it for her? Then you take a step. A step that threatens my world. This is it, my world is already collapsing and it is his now, but before my world
is destroyed, you pulled me close and whispered.

A whisper that changed the world. A whisper that brightens the sky. A whisper that kept the waters flowing and a whisper that keeps my heart beating. Yet, that whisper does not last long, for the noise drowned it.

You have shared your world with me, but not for too long, for there's a meteor that passed and it hits your world. You went to check what it looks like and a gem you have find. You picked it up like the way you have saved me, but you handled it more carefully, for it was so fragile that it breaks even with a soft touch. I watch you hold it and keep it near you, and you have never miss a day to polish it.

You would even postpone a month or a year of your travel just for that gem you have find, while I try to continue my journey, although it has no use for I cannot take back what was mine before. As I go along the way, you grabbed my hand, but yours is cold and bloody. You have already hurt yourself, polishing it, and I offer to heal it, but you only shook your head assuring me it's okay.Then you had told me you won't go along anymore, for you have already found what you are looking for.

I looked at you and saw galaxy in your eyes, I understand. I shall walk the rest of the road alone, just like before, but the road is not owned by me anymore. I nodded and continue without looking back, for I know that I am not meant to stay in your world for I am just a guest that should take her leave. As I take a step I was swallowed by darkness and the road behind me disappeared, for there's no going back. I was floating in a void, hoping to find an empty world that I can call my own.
